Psychology.textbook.Benjamin B, Lahey.fourth edition.

Begin to read this book , and coz, I hope in the future , maybe when I am 40 years old , I could get a psychology phd degree , hehe

I spent 45 min, from 11:45-12;30 reading the preface (skim),learning guide, critical thinking skill and study skill. I found the learning skill is quite useful.

First SQ3R method for reading a book, survey, question, read, recite , review. the most important part is Recite, that is what I missed out I guess.

and other strategies like "Be sure you are actually learning", "Study in one place and only study there", "Space out your study time", "Use Mnemonic Devices": method of loci( latin for places),Acronym.
